What can I use the 20% discount on?
The discount applies to eligible full-price merchandise. Sale and clearance items, gift cards, gift wrapping, delivery charges and special orders are excluded. If your basket contains both eligible and excluded items, the discount will apply only to the eligible full-price items.
Can I use the coupon both in store and online?
Yes. Your coupon includes two separate offers: one in-store redemption and one online redemption. Each may be used once. Using one offer does not affect your eligibility to use the other.
How do I use the online offer?
Scan the QR code on the small section of your coupon, then add eligible full-price items to your basket and proceed to checkout using the same browser. The discount should appear in your order summary before payment. The online offer may be used once per customer.
Why is my discount not being applied?
Please check the following:
- Your basket contains eligible full-price items.
- No other discount or promotional code is being applied.
- You are continuing to checkout in the same browser used to open the QR link.
- The online offer has not already been redeemed and is still within the promotional period.
If the discount still does not appear, scan the QR code again and return to your basket. Confirm that the discount is shown in the order summary before completing payment. For further assistance, contact customerservice@mikihouse.co.uk.
Can I combine this offer with another discount?
No. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion or promotional code. Only one coupon or promotional code may be used per order or transaction.
When does the offer end?
The online offer ends at 11:59 pm GMT on 25 December 2026. The in-store offer is available until the close of business on 24 December 2026.
What happens if I return an item purchased with the discount?
Any refund will reflect the amount actually paid after the discount was applied. Purchases and returns remain subject to the applicable MIKI HOUSE or Harrods returns policy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Where can I use the in-store offer?
The in-store offer may be used at MIKI HOUSE at Harrods, 4th Floor, Children's Department, Harrods, 87–135 Brompton Road, Knightsbridge, London SW1X 7XL. Present and surrender the original large section of the coupon at checkout. Photocopies, photographs and digital reproductions will not be accepted.
