Returns

Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

Merchandise purchased on mikihouse.co.uk may be returned if defective, or if it is unwashed and unworn with original tags within 30 days of delivery date.
A Return Request must be sent before you ship the item for return.
Fortune bags and sale items are not returnable. Baby bodysuit, baby mittens, baby hat, baby booties, bib, gauze towel, mask, underwear and socks cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Return Policy

  • Full-priced merchandise may be returned for refund if the item is defective, or unwashed and unworn with original tags.
  • Return Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery date.
  • Sale or clearance merchandise cannot be returned for refund.
  • Fortune bags, e-gift card and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We will not accept any returns without Your Order Number. Returns without Your Order Number may result in no refund.
  • Refund will be credited in the original payment form. Please allow 7-10 business days upon receipt of returned merchandise at the warehouse.
  • Shipping & Handling charge of original purchase order will not be refunded.
  • Shipping cost for return is at your expense.
  • MIKI HOUSE U.K. Ltd. is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
  • We accept returns of items purchased on mikihouse.co.uk only. Merchandise purchased from our stores or other retailers is not returnable in this method. Please contact the store you purchased from.

How to Return

  1. Please send an email with the following information:
    • Order Number
    • Full Name
    • Email address used for purchase
    • Return items
    • Reason for return
  2. You will receive a confirmation email. Follow the return instructions provided.
  3. Write down Your Order Number near the shipping address on the carton. We cannot accept any return for refund without Your Order Number.
  4. Ship by trackable method (e.g., DPD or Royal Mail) at your expense to:

Cancellation

Follow the instructions below immediately after placing your order, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Our automated processes fill orders quickly, so the time window for cancellations is very short.

How to Cancel

    • Email address
    • Phone number
    All the information must match the billing information of your order.
  2. Receive the cancellation confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your junk box or contact customer service.
