We ship to all the U.K.
Does MIKI HOUSE UK ship outside of U.K.?
No, we are currently serving only U.K.
Can I pick up my order in the store?
No, we are unable to ship your order to our store.
Can I ship to more than one address?
Unfortunately, your online order can be shipped to only one location. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please order separately for each address.
Returns
How do I return an item I purchased online?
Merchandise purchased on mikihouse.co.uk may be returned if defective, or unwashed and unworn with original tags within 30 days of delivery date.
Return Request must be sent before you ship the item for return.Fortune bags are not returnable. Baby bodysuit, baby mittens, baby hat, baby booties, bib, gauze towel, mask, underwear and socks cannot be returned unless they are defective. Please read here for more information.
Can I return an item I received as a gift?
Technically, yes. But the refund will be made to the original purchaser (gift giver) by the original method of payment.
The returning item must be unwashed and unworn with original tags within 30 days from the date the item is purchased. Return Request must be sent before you ship the item for return. Please read here for more information.
