Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in accordance with the conditions set out in our Returns Policy.

Refund Eligibility

Full-priced items: Items may be eligible for a refund where a Return Request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date and the conditions of our extended Returns Policy are met.
Sale and clearance items purchased online: Items may be eligible for a refund where you notify us of your decision to return the goods within 14 days after the day you receive them and return them within a further 14 days.
Certain goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund once the hygiene seal or sealed packaging has been opened.
These restrictions do not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
For returns made under our extended 30-day returns policy, please allow approximately 7–10 business days after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected for the refund to be processed.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, we will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been sent back, where applicable.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account after we have processed the refund.

Original Delivery Charges

For change-of-mind returns made under our extended 30-day returns policy, the original delivery charge is non-refundable.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel an eligible online order within the 14-day cancellation period, we will refund the cost of our standard delivery service where required by UK law.
If you selected a delivery service that was more expensive than our standard delivery service, any additional cost above the standard delivery charge will not be refunded.
For partial order returns, original delivery charges are not normally refunded unless otherwise required by law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will refund the applicable original delivery charge where appropriate.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, including eligible sale and clearance returns, the cost of returning the item to us is the customer's responsibility.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact Customer Service before returning it. We will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Reduced Refunds

Where permitted by law, we may reduce the amount of your refund if the value of the returned goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Misdescribed Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible with your Order Number and details of the issue.

Where applicable, we will refund the item price, the relevant original delivery charge and reasonable return shipping costs.

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are not affected by this Refund Policy.

Sale and Clearance Items

Sale and clearance items purchased online are not eligible for our extended 30-day returns policy.

Eligible sale and clearance items purchased online may be returned under your statutory cancellation rights where you notify us within 14 days after the day you receive the goods and return them within a further 14 days.

In-Store Purchases

This online Refund Policy, including the 14-day cancellation period for eligible sale and clearance items, applies only to purchases made on mikihouse.co.uk.

Items purchased at the MIKI HOUSE counter in Harrods are subject to the return and refund policy applicable to in-store purchases. Please contact Harrods directly for further information.

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights.
